Matching leads are made with a standard length of 4ft. You can request any length you desire from 2ft up to 7ft long, with no additional cost.
The design comes with nickel silver hardware. Brass or Black hardware can be requested. Leave us a note in your basket before proceeding to checkout and we'll have your order made to your requested specifications.

Made with our lush Roxy lightweight raincoat material and reinforced with Petersham lining for stability and longevity. This collar is comfortable for everyday use. Machine washable at 30 degrees non-bio.
Please refer to our size chart to ensure a perfect fit for your dog. The Martingale & Standard collars are adjustable up to 3 inches and are available either in the 2", 1.5", or 1" width.
The standard & house collars can be requested in your basket notes. 1" collars will also need to be requested in your notes.

- Reduces the risk of the dog slipping its collar.
Martingale collars are extremely safe for dogs who are likely to slip out or back out of their normal collars. The excitement and sudden pull from seeing a squirrel or another dog can cause an ordinary collar to slip off. In some cases, this can cause injury to the neck, throat and/or damage the coat by leaving bald spots.
With the Martingale collar, as your dog pulls, the smaller loop D ring section which is attached to the lead closes up. The portion around the neck is safely tightened, discouraging their behaviour by letting them know there's tension. The collar will then loosen once the dog refrains from pulling. Walk with confidence every time, as this is a safe, secure and effective experience on the lead.
- During unexpected situations, you are able to gain control of your dog when, for example, the lead is in your bag and not quickly assessable.
The Martingale collar allows you to gain quick control to avoid danger to your dog, either for a short instance or whilst you connect your lead to your collar, gaining full control. of your dog to reconnection your lead Instant, accurate and effective, easily take control by gripping the large D ring and walk as normal avoiding all dangers until your lead is assessable.
- Considered gentler than other types of collars with a gradual, distributed tension around the neck.
The Martingale collar is considered a safer more gentle option than alternatives, such as a pinch or choke collar that continues to tighten and can cause serious harm to your dog. A properly fitted Martingale collar does not shock the muscles in the neck as with a fixed collar, due to the unique two-loop design it can only tighten to a certain point, making it perfect for dogs of all ages including puppies and seniors.
- Great for training when learning to walk individually on the lead or in a pack.
The martingale collar is excellent for a dog who is learning how to walk nicely on the lead. When the dog pulls the collar tightens but not the point where it would cause any harm or strangulation. Slight corrections can also be used during training to reduce pulling on the lead long term, providing a more pleasant and controlled walking experience.

We've brought a few bits from Speed Ray and absolutely love our dogs jumpers so thought we'd get a new collar and lead from them as well. We chose black clip and collar hook which unfortunately started to come off in a short space of time. I also find the material gets dirty very quickly. I've never washed a collar and lead so much.

Second collar purchased from speedray. Looks beautiful, picked yellow as our girls a little nervous. Only bad thing about it is she likes to roll about and it shows up dirt where it is yellow but that's on me 😂 beautiful fit, perfect for skinny necks.

I was looking for an ochre type collar that would be suitable for daily wear for my 3 girls. Who are not dainty whippets but those that like to get messy, rolling around in everything so the collars had to be sturdy enough , easy to clean and look good. I found the sizing guide really easy and a lot less complicated than most you see, ordering process was simple and delivery really quick. Hugely impressed and already looking at what I can buy next! Would highly recommend!

I ordered the Roxy Martingale training collar with matching lead in Ochre Yellow. Absolutely beautifully made and once I got used to adjusting the collar correctly, I couldn't be anymore happy . The collar has transformed our dog walks, our puppy was in a harness but kept stopping the walk because she was uncomfortable. Now, she walks comfortably, under control and no stopping. The collar and lead is beautiful, excellent quality and washable too. Ordering a house collar next.
I ordered this collar for my 14 week old whippet puppy, it’s absolutely perfect. Beautifully made and robust, the communication was amazing as I had originally ordered an xs size but I was contacted and it was explained that I should order the next size up and it fits perfect, such a good service. I’m sure Speedray design wear will be a staple for our whippets from now, I will definitely be ordering again.

We love the Roxy collars, easy to adjust, sizing is great and doesn’t matter how many times they’re washed, always come out like new.
Gorgeous collars and very good quality. The only downside is I got a pale pink one for my girl whippet pup and it’s so dirty already! Does seem to clean up but think I’d go for a more serviceable colour next time!
