Exchanging your order for a different size (if applicable)
Exchanging your order only takes a few steps.
- Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. (Providing images showing the fit on your Sighthound will really help)
- Re-order the correct size if recommended to by Donna. (If you require a smaller size than your original order, we will organise the replacement)
- Return the goods you wish to exchange using the returns label provided. (Please include your receipt with a note to say exchanging)
- Receive a refund for the goods (if exchanging for a larger size) you have returned once received, inspected and approved.
- (If Exchanging for a larger size) Tell us your new order number and we will prioritise your replacement to be made within 7 Days.
We can only exchange items if the size is not correct for your sighthound. We will also replace any goods if, on a less likely account, the item/items are defected or damaged when received.

We can speed up the process with photos showing the fit on your Sighthound to give us a visual of how the size you have selected is fitting. If the order is too small to get on. Aligning your item against your sighthound will also help.
We'll discuss what's the best option for sizing. After we have come to the conclusion which size is perfect for your sighthound. Send the items you wish to exchange back to Speedray sighthound design wear limited using the returns label provided in the packaging.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Once we have received the goods you wish to exchange. They will be inspected by our returns department. If approved, we will issue you a full refund for the goods returned, excluding any delivery charges.

Returning your item
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by, from the day your order was fulfilled, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your goods must be unused and returned within the 30 day period in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Please include the receipt along with a note asking for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return goods are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 10 working days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, mail your order back to Speedray sighthound design wear limited using the returns label provided in the packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
