The Gilet is lined, by default, with our premium CAIRO Sand jumper fabric. This provides a comfortable, warm fit.
Speedray has specifically designed these. Tried & tested by our family of whippets, brand reps & customers from all over the world.
They are beautifully crafted and sewn together, individually, by our local team of extremely talented seamstresses. Your gilet will be handmade to order, with materials sourced in the UK, reducing masses of wasted material & carbon footprint.

Take note of your measurements & compare them against our chart to see what size your dog fits into best. Select your gilet size in the 'whippet size' tab above. For a size 'XS' Please choose our 'S' size and request XS in your basket notes before checking out. For sizes 'XXL Slim & XXL' Please choose the XL size and do the same.

High quality, great fit, perfect for my whippet.
Overall, this has been a great purchase! The craftsmanship seems to be very robust and well made. It is also nice that the inside of the Gilet is a smoother fabric so Moby doesn't get irritated with it grabbing his fur. We got a Large Slim which fits him really well. What's nice is that this fits well over other jumpers for the really cold days.
We are very happy with the Margot Gilet we bought recently. It is a good medium-weight coat for slightly cooler days, and it helps protect Elio's sensitive underside skin from the rashes he sometimes gets from running in long grass. It has had a lot of admiring comments from other dog walkers. However, there are two small problems with the gilet. One is that Elio has an extremely deep chest, and even the XL size is a bit snug vertically. The other is that it can be difficult getting underneath him to zip it up, although that part just takes a little practice. On balance, we are very happy with the gilet.
We got Leo an Olive Gilet a while back and find it works really well on cold damp days. he gets hot but also needs wind protection and it works a treat.
I love this gilet, I wish my husband would agree the girls NEED it in every colour so I could get them all. Looks lovely but also really practical for our camping trips and walks to the pub.
I rarely write reviews, I ordered the mustard colour gilet with a fur collar and it's so beautifully well made, the least I can do is give it the 5 stars it deserves. I'm actually very pleased with all the items I've ordered from this company and will continue to order more.

We just love our gilet, it's super stylish and love that you can wear it as is or layer up in the colder months! Rainproof also a big bonus for dog walks in the UK. Perfect fit for our boy (L slim) and beautiful material, as always!
