Speedray COVID-19 Information
We wanted to give you all the information you may have concerns about during this time as we continue to push through and stay open to all customers. You may have questions on some of the things we’re doing to keep both you and our colleagues safe.
With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, these are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first is key.
We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitisation of all our products and facilities. Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too.
We apologise for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and may cause a bit of a delay.
We have been given some guide lines to share with you by our courier service (Royal Mail).
- UK orders could experience a delay from 5 - 10 working days later than normal delivery times in specific areas. Please allow up to 10 working days once your order in on its way.
- International orders are subjective to location. Customers may experience varying levels of delay depending on location. Please allow upwards of 14 working days for delivery once your order is on its way.
There is a possibility orders will be delivered on time and we will be doing everything possible to have your items zooming super fast to your sighthound from the moment we receive your orders.
Please just be aware of these guides by allowing additional days for delivery. We are always here to help when needed anytime at speedraydesignwear@gmail.com and will not stop until both of you are over the moon about your new jumper and/or coat!
